- "Glenside." Parts of Lots 21 and 22 Trafalgar, west of McCraney's Corners, south of Lakeshore Road, east of 14 Mile Creek. After selling the farm and property at Lot 1, Concession 6 Trafalgar New Survey, Milton ((or 1510 Bronte Street South, Milton). The farm remained in the Heaven family until April 1925.) Arthur George Heven and his wife, Jane, moved to "Glenside" in about 1893 and lived there until 1905.
In 1917, Sir Frank W. Baillie purchased the property. The house was destroyed by fire in the early 1930s. - Notes
