Cherished and devoted wife of Charles Withnell of Milton. Much loved mother of son Larry Withnell (wife Kathy) and daughter Ronnie March. Adored grandmother of Chad March and step-grandmother of Kristen and Kerri. She is predeceased by her brothers, Robert, Howard and John Eves and her sister Doris Winton. Born in Belleville, he graduated from Queens University Medical School in 1939. He served in WW II from 1939-1945 commanding a Mobile Hospital Unit, leaving with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He returned to practise medicine in Belleville where he became Mayor in 1951. From 1967-1975, he was an MPP in the Conservative Government as Minister of Health and Minister of Correctional Services. The memorial service will be held on Saturday June 27th at 11:30am at St.Thomas' Anglican Church in Belleville, ON. Sincere and true in her heart and mind. Beautiful memories, she left behind.
