In 2002, a comprehensive master servicing strategy (Halton Water and Wastewater Master Plan Review, 2002) was prepared to address the Region's water and wastewater servicing needs within the 2016 planning horizon. The Process The study is being conducted in accordance with the requirements for master plans under Section 4, Approach #2 of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) (Municipal Engineers Association, 2000), which is an approved process under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act.
