Robert Kerr Chisholm, 1819-1899. 
Image    Son of Oakville's founder, William Chisholm. He built the new customs house and adjoining residence that became known as Erchless. R.K. Chisholm, an elder at the church, and his nephew, are represented on the promissory note signed 1887 for the building of the present church.
