Used as rental apartments after the sisters' deaths, they are now the offices of the Oakville Historical Society founded by Hazel Chisholm...

Moose at Erchless 
ImageWas Contributed?    Oakville Artists Steve Hudak and Bert Jackson sculpted a life-size moose and three wolves for an installation first shown in the summer of 2008 at the fund raiser "Cause for Paws", benefiting the Oakville Humane Society, and then permanently on the grounds of Oakville Museum at Erchless Estate.

ImageWas Contributed?    Early 1900 stone houses were moved to a corner of the lot at Speers Rd and Kerr St. where a condo building is being constructed. The sales building is not needed now so has been razed. A skilled operator picks up the pieces and moves them to a bin to take them away.
