You are right. That's Garfield Browne standing second from the right but that's not Can Browne standing far right. Can (short for Canboro) is seated far right.
When Can drove truck for the Kipling Model Dairy (before the War),I was his Saturday helper. I later played in the Oakville Citizen Band with him under the direction of Frank Lockesly (who for many years played in the 48th Highlanders Band). Frank's niece, Carolyn Ryan was once Miss Oakville, I believe.
